About the practice

Flowing Data Connect provides independent audit and assessment engagements for fintech institutions. Website content is informational. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate letter of engagement or statement of work.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, redistribute, or adapt site content for commercial use without prior written consent. Client reports and working papers produced under a paid engagement are governed by the letter of engagement, not by these website terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Flowing Data Connect is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability of the site, or form submission errors. Liability for paid audit work is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter and will not exceed fees paid for that engagement except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
