Terms of use

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern access to the website flowingdataconnect.digital and enquiries submitted through it for audits for fintech firms. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use.

About the practice

Flowing Data Connect provides independent audit and assessment engagements for fintech institutions. Website content is informational. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate letter of engagement or statement of work.

Acceptance of terms

Using this site, submitting forms, or requesting a scoping call constitutes acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy and Cookies notices. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.

Intellectual property

Text, visual design, and downloadable materials on this site belong to Flowing Data Connect or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or adapt site content for commercial use without prior written consent. Client reports and working papers produced under a paid engagement are governed by the letter of engagement, not by these website terms.

No professional advice via the website alone

Field notes, fee tables, and methodology summaries do not constitute legal, accounting, or regulatory advice for your institution. Supervisory expectations and licensing paths vary. Decisions should be taken with your counsel and compliance officer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Flowing Data Connect is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability of the site, or form submission errors. Liability for paid audit work is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter and will not exceed fees paid for that engagement except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

User obligations

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false contact details. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when requesting an audit.
