• Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe via the footer form

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to audit requests and prepare proposals (legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to contract). Newsletter addresses are processed with your consent, which you may withdraw. Essential site operation and security rely on legitimate interests. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a signed engagement requires longer retention under professional standards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Taiwanese law or a competent authority.

International transfers
