Flowing Data Connect, 34148 The Mount, 屏東縣, 福建省, Taiwan, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@flowingdataconnect.digital · +886-3-454-5503.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Enquiry content (engagement interest, milestone dates, message text)
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, where cookies or hosting logs permit
  • Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe via the footer form

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to audit requests and prepare proposals (legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to contract). Newsletter addresses are processed with your consent, which you may withdraw. Essential site operation and security rely on legitimate interests. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them — see our cookies page.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a signed engagement requires longer retention under professional standards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Taiwanese law or a competent authority.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections recognised for the transfer.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is consent-based, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise rights, email hello@flowingdataconnect.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
